Next opponent for Petr Yan is found. Its going to be #13 Marcus McGhee with 10-1 record. Marcus won his last fight but I would have given victory to his opponent. I cant find that fight (tokeweed, help me, you are good with fight videos), but Marcus opponent showed negative fighting IQ. He destroyed Marcus legs with low kicks, then went clinching and lost LOL 
I dont know Yans fight is going to happen on UFC on ABC: Whittaker vs. de Ridder July 26, as main card is already full, but UFC want to fit in Yan vs McGhee and Evloev vs Pico there. I dont know Yan is even fighting him. Victory wont give him anything, there is a chance to lose, and current champ with 100% say that Yan has to deserve a title fight because McGhee is nobody. Yan should have waited for Nurmagovedov to recover.
