Champions league for next season is really going to be tough.One of the teams I will be rooting out for again next season is Arsenal.Despite being eliminated by PSG in the semi final of the tournament,I think they tried,and would have won that match if Partey was to be in the team during the first leg of the encounter.
Next season,I think they would really do something incredible if Arteta goes ahead and signs the people he wants to sign.
Yeah I can agree with you that Arsenal will impress again next season because they will improve their squad with new signings. It's unfortunate they couldn't make it past PSG this season but it was a good season for them in the champions league this season hopefully they will do better next season.
It depends on the signings they get. It's not easy to get the players they may want. The competition for German player Wirtz was fierce, Arsenal would have never had a chance, but they have to improve their center forward position. In my opinion that is the weakest part of their team. But that is what I mean, from where should they get a top notch center forward who is willing and able to leave his own club and then not go to all the other big clubs but choose Arsenal? These signings in this highly competitive environment are anything but trivial.
They will still play a great season because as far as I know they don't have any important players the club, do they? I like the core team, but I never liked their center forward potential.
