Somehow though... I kinda have a feeling that we've already got the answer. Do you, or any overseers here, know what sports-provider is with chips?
They are using the most well known odds provider Betby. You are dealing with the accusations for a long time here by directly engaging with the betting site team. It is very easy to know if any sportsbook is using Betby odds provider. The UI is same in every sportsbook with Betby odds provider. You can also verify it by checking the betting odds of some matches. Here is the official demo version of Betby odds provider: https://demo.betby.com/sportsbook/tile/
Here is the screenshot of Betby Sportsbook, which is pretty much identical on every sportsbook

BTW, it is known to all of us why OP's withdrawal is getting rejected. Most probably OP was limited or got restricted on other betting sites where the odds provider is Betby.

Umm... Unfortunately, I think, this time, the casino is not the one doing mischievous thing. It's the provider. Betby has been wrecking havoc all over the SA board for weeks, making questionable rulings and limiting one player in one casino while their account in other casinos are free to go. Basically, they become a headache to the casinos themselves that one casino even tried to intervene by having their own risk assessment team to reevaluate the decision and [I assume] will internally fight Betby's risk assessment team.

Is it common practice for this casino to block players? Is this considered normal?

The casino had a past, but I am hoping they're improving, as they're having a signature campaign on this forum. Quite illogical to keep their previous bad behavior while having active campaign as it'll be waste of money, their reputation will not goes up simply because they have campaign while the SA board is full with unresolved cases. Thus, I am hoping that their decision to advertise themselves here is a sign that they're trying to improve.

And... as stated above, I think, this time it's not the casino. It's the provider.
