You don't need your account again but you need your affiliate money? Now that's a funny one I've heard. Gaining control of your account is how you get your money back. No one is going to process your withdrawal for you less you get to do it yourself so, you would want your account unlocked.

This has got to be the worst T&C I've heard of and I don't think it possible as no casino or sports book would ever put that up.
