now, that net inflow being the lowest in some time suggests investors cashing out returns to some degree.  But an inflow still means the money flowing in exceeds the money flowing out.  So you may have contradicted yourself. You really cant have it both ways - either investors are selling in a huge way or money flows remain positive.
