The OP as it is doesn't have a professional feel to it, I don't doubt that you guys are new to the forum but, a lot of scrutiny and caution is done here for the safety of unsuspecting users and to ensure you guys stay true to your word.

shying away from it only presents the company to be one with a shady intent and not having to spill certain details in clear terms for verification certainly creates a tensed feel about the whole site. These are not what you should be doing at OP should you hope to gain some reputation here. and conduct good business.

I forget to mention it earlier, but your link seem to be broken since it has ftp prefix rather than http or https. And it seems you didn't notice my earlier question, so i'll ask again whether bestchange is really your partner since bestchange doesn't list your website on https://www.bestchange.com/list.html.
My other issue is about KYC and AML. Obviously you will ask for KYC from your customers, but shouldn't the customer also have the liberty of knowing the company they are dealing with?
Like where is your company located/registered? What is the company number or license number?
