They appointed a new representative for the forum around a year ago, but they have been almost always irreponsive to the complaints.
CSFBC has never been helpful and if you check his post history, you will see that he has been offline for more than 2 months.
To say the least, the supposed benefit of creating the CSFBC account to support and communicate with the community is questionable. Personally, I got the impression that CSFBC isn't incompetent at all in the questions that users asked him, or not knowledgeable enough about what was happening with freebitcoin last year. In particular, it was noticeable when CSFBC answered about the 11th round of the Lambo lottery.
