How easy for a new president who is been elected to fight corruption in a nation where all the systems of government is been corrupted,  like in the force,  and judiciary,  even the politicians.

Having  the mind to stop corruption is not easy in a nation that corruption  is seen as nothing, making an attempt to do so some politicians will do everything to frustrate the agenda. Do you think a genuine president can easily end corruption of this level ?

Being able to fight a corruption infested system, the president or leader must first of all be different from the people in the system he or she must not be a corrupt leader or have any bad record  of corruption so it wouldn't be used against him .
Being an uncorrupt leader trying to enter into a corrupt system, there are definitely bound to be challenges in the course of attaining that position but however, when you eventually get the position don't allow the process corrupt your mind and politics

You are right, as a leader who wants to fight corruption he or she most be good and should not have a corrupt record however we all knows if someone wants to become a president in a corrupt nation he or she must be corrupt but as soon as you are elected you can decide to change and fight corruption and in fighting it you can win by first removing every corrupt person holding a political office and putting noble people, people that will always stand for the truth, yes it is true that not everyone will like your effort to fight corruption in that nation and they will try to stop you but as long as you are fighting a good fight majority of the people in that nation will support you and will do everything to make sure you succeed.
Corruption has eaten dip into some nations and stopping it is now so difficult because down to the grass root are all corrupt, nation's like this they can never stop corruption because is now part of there way of life however a determine leader can help in reducing it to a certain level.
My country is one of the corrupt nations where political leaders have turned ruling the country into their family business. They only care about themselves and have no human sympathy for the poor. Elections are being rigged and the court which is the hope of the common man has now been a weapon that's used against the poor. The new government is always worse than the previous.
