I am Just wondering do you ever think in the far future we could use btc to send money b/w different planet like from Earth to Mars is that even possible
Bitcoin is waiting for someone with internet connection to be in Mars and then request for a transaction from someone who is in earth and the deal will be completed as though both are on earth. Bitcoin have no boundaries, all that is needed is internet connection, the wallet address and the terms of settlement which is what will make someone from earth send bitcoin to the person in Mars.
Like With all that the time delay & no Global Government / system in space then how could that even work?
Would we need the separate blocKchain for each of the planet?
Bitcoin does not need any global government to function, remember that bitcoin is decentralized and not controlled by any single entity. The players that are needed to keep the bitcoin network running are the miners, users like you and me and internet connection and of course the devs who are very helpful in ensuring everything works smoothly.
