Why is IMF thinking nothing good can come out of bitcoin? They only believe in their monetary system.

The use of bitcoin does not confirms to their regulations and they have no control over it, because it's under a decentralized network while they are centralized, bitcoin was meant for the people and not the government, so if they refused it by all means, the people will always accept it by any chance.

Pakistan is planning to allocate 2000 megawatts of electricity for bitcoin mining but I saw IMF move against it now.

They will, because of they are backing them up with the financial demands for setting this up, they will definitely throw their opinions as against it, just the way they have been doing to El-Salvador, Pakistan should rather be preparing for more caution coming soon.
