Sorry if i didn't explain properly that you thought i used automatic translation, it's true i'm not a native English speaker, i'll do my best to try and explain better.
My main problem is related to spins bought using reward points, there's an expired spin preventing me from rolling, i contacted the support multiple times to remove it from the system with no success.
Here's what i mean :
• When i go to WOF page you'll see that i have 206 spins (not sure why they're called free spins, i spent reward points to get them :p) :
