We have heard from many sources about Manchester United plans to recruit many players, you know at least 9 players are linked with them. If this plan is realized then Manchester United will be the busiest club in the transfer window this year and the total budget is more than €300 million. Many people think they don't have that much budget but don't forget some important players will also be released so it doesn't have too much impact on the club finances, there is still a balance between income and expenses.

Better not get your hopes up. There's no way Manchester United will make more than 5 signings in a transfer window. Aside from the financial implication, it's silly to sign almost a full 11 in one window. That will only mean the players will flop. Rebuilding a team doesn't happen in one window. They need to do it gradually. Also, signing that many players means they will sign a lot of low-quality players, just as Chelsea did.
Four signings are the maximum United should do in this window. A striker, CB, LW, and CB. They can work on the other positions in the January transfer by signing FBs. Right now, they should find a way to convince Bruno to stay because qualities players that can replace him don't want to go to Man United without European football.

That aside, United don't have the finances to make many signings this summer. Theyre cutting down club expences and laying off staff for this reason. I don't expect they to be too busy in the window. With no European football, it will be difficult to get quality players. So IMO, for now they should just focus on getting a team that can make it to the top 6 so they will have a higher incentive when convincing a player to join them.
