I used to mine bitocin on laptop in 2012 -- IT was still possible those days. But still mostly as experiment and heating. Mining now is reasonable mostly only with ASIC Mining machines. They reach hundreds of TH and next year we will talk about PH (PetaHashes). On your laptop there will be possibility to mine some shitcoin in the future (We are working on some project) . Before you could mine there GrostlCoin or XMR - Monero. You can still try to mine monero - XMR. Just beware of viruses when installing some monero miner. 

For Bitcoin you can use online calculators. Top machines have now about 235TH/s performance for 3500W.

Here when you put your computer hashing speed it would be around 0.00235 TH/s . So like 10000x lower. Does not make sense for Bitcoin.
