Congrats!

I cannot force myself to "pull the trigger" yet and nobody forced me too, either.
I guess it is because i got the current job only about seven years ago, so I am probably almost at the peak of job competency, but it isn't boring yet.
It might change as upper management starts to piss me off lately.

All of that is in the picture, plus a strange feeling that the job is real, while cap gains are not, which is silly, of course, but I just can't shake it off yet.
Volatility does not help as I remember 2018, 2020 and 2022 all too well. Hodling through was challenging back then.
