It has come to my notice that 90% of all the decisions made or taken when one is angry is never a good one.

When one is upset or angry,it is encouraged that the person stay calm and try to control that moment because any actions or decisions taken at that point in time must be a negative one.

So many people who regrets their actions today are as a result of taking decisions when they are angry there by over reacting..

So bad.
Decisions made when one is angry aren't necessarily wrong decisions. They are always the right decisions but they turn out not to be favourable decisions. This is because we are not always truthful to ourselves. We pretend alot and wants to please everyone even when we are not supposed to.

So, if we are raw to reality, those decisions made when angry are the right decisions befitting that particular situation. But when you are no longer angry, it is expected that you will make another set of right decisions, which will contradict the ones you made already. So, decision making depends heavily on the situation sorrouding it. When over joyous, you could make promises that you cannot fulfil.
