Be it that 2000 megawatts of power can power a small country or not is not a concern of IMF to interfere with the decision of a sovereign nation. Such actions undermines the sovereignty of  the Pakistan government to utilize their resources as they freely want to. This isn't just has to be about bitcoin. I think the West should understand that the world is evolving and they can't always use their financial agents/institutions to as a tool to control other countries. An act they would not accept if it were them.
