11 submissions received so far, the last one today. Although there are slight differences between members about the minimum rank for new applicants, it seems that there is total consensus about the need to set a minimum rank to apply.

Voting is now closed and the results are the following:
- The decision of setting a minimum rank to join the AoBT is unanimous.
- To avoid bad quality translations and merit farming by newbies, New applicants must have a minimum rank of
Full Member.
- The only exceptions to this minimum rank requirement, if the Main translator accepts, is the following:
- Step1: The first 2-3 translations of new participants are checked by the main translator.
- Step2: If the translations are of sufficient quality, they are published by the main translator and the name of the new translator is added at the end.
- Step3: The new translator who completes the first 3 translations without any problems is welcomed.
