Did you exchange the Tron for another crypto, or did you merely send it to another address?
I cant exchange or send. it doesn't even give me option to adjust fees.
when I export wallet, I don't see the balance
Guarda has an option to export the wallet. It does not use seed phrases but it exports the contents to a file. Export it without a password or encryption and then use a hex editor to scan for private keys inside the backup file.
