Also I don't know if you noticed thread "Big wins on frebitco.in" where every day newbie accounts with post history of 1 post biast with big wins on free spins. I tried to ask few questions few times, no one ever answered. Looks fishy to me.
That's normal.
Freebitco has more users than bitcointalk and there are many freebitco users that don't have account here in bitcointalk. Many people create new account in bitcointalk just to post about their big wins and claim the bonus.
I wouldn't expect a winner to receive the Lambo or it's equivalent BTC after The Quin disappeared.
Since TheQuin's disappearance, we have had two lambo lotteries. They only accounced the winner of round 12 and the winner of round 11 has not been announced yet.
