Re-creating those supply chains from 30 to 40 years back is futile at best.

Its dreamwork Trump and it won't happen. Many industries can't even produce the materials needed due to environmental concerns.
There is only one thing left the US has in favor. And here the government can do a lot. Not just at Harvard.
