Wird to see that a casino that promote itself as a no kyc casino will ask for verifications up to level three, if that is true them I will say is really a scam attempt for a casino to ask for such level of verification after winning good amount of money.
I wouldn’t call it a scam, tbh, just because they asked for kyc while they claim to be a no-kyc casino.
They explained in their last comment that they were forced to do so because some accounts were flagged bybtheir anti-cheat system. This is not the first no-casino that did it.
Besides, how can they prevent cheating (mainly multi-accounting) without asking the suspected users to undergo kyc?
Promising you something that they know from the get-go isn't true, and especially those who use it as one of their primary traits to advertise, (like all of them basically, there isnt a point naming names because it really is all of them that have gained any sort of traction) are scamming their customers. Trying to defend them in any way just makes you complicit in their scummy tactics. If a casino advertises itself as non-KYC but later requires KYC checks (after deposits or when you try to withdraw winnings), that’s considered deceptive and potentially a scam. This tactic lures players with false promises of anonymity, then locks funds behind unexpected KYC demands—a form of bait-and-switch. Even if some casinos later claim compliance reasons, marketing as “non-KYC” while enforcing KYC is misleading. Always document such claims (screenshots, ads), read terms carefully, and report deceptive casinos to relevant authorities (e.g., MGA, UKGC). Protect yourself—avoid casinos with unclear or dishonest KYC policies.
On a similar but not direct point too, is that it is genuinely scary how few trustworthy crypto casinos there are. Like, out of the 1000-2000 active crypto casinos, that offer play to more than just one region, there is less than 5 where you can, with good judgement, put hand on heart and honestly say, i trust everything about this casino's operations.
This whole thing of protecting casinos really needs to stop. It is quite jarring when you come onto this forum for the first time and see the narratives that are all too common from members. Now, i dont know if people are just naive, willfully ignorant, or they used to / do work in the industry, but bitcointalk is unlike any of the other forums ive been on in this regard.
Exactly. It literally disgusts me when these lowlifes here keep protecting casinos and trying their best to discourage fellow gamblers when they have a problem with casinos. Happened to me before here too, when i wrote that the bookie confiscated my winnings for no reason, they kept shouting " noone does it for no reason, you must be a cheat" etc and then the casino itself admitted that they didn't have a valid reason at all so i just had a "professional betting style" that's why they stole my winnings.. and the you know what, these lowlifes started shouting " see? You had a professional betting style!!" Lmao. I just think these scumbags have ties with the bookies otherwise noone could be so lifeless to hang out here to protect casinos i assume. Probably we ll see some of them here too
