It's a situation that we simply don't have the WHOLE story.
- RollBit - a reputable and trusted casino prevents the user from making a withdrawal + asks that user to list all of his/her other accounts.
- The user claims that he/she doesn't have other accounts.
That's the situation, and how do casinos come to a conclusion that a person has more than one account?
You pretty much admitted to the fact that Rollbit have been unresponsive to this user's situation thanks to which we don't the full story and that itself is the problem that some of us pointed out.
Blindly trusting any company regardless of how popular they are is just silly. Rollbit clearly needs to improve in the customer service department period.
