I will absolutely avoid any casino that say that they don't bother user with KYC, but then says something completely different in their term of service.
It simply means that the management of the casino are liers and if they can lie to users and potential users that the casino is a kyc - free casino, meanwhile in their terms of service, the stated that a user maybe asked for kyc verification for any reason at any time, then it simply means that they can lie about anything else, so this type of casino is completely untrustworthy to me and I will avoid them.
I like casinos to be honest to their users even if it means losing some potential users, it's very much better than gaining alot of users who at the end of the day won't be satisfied with the casinos service and may cause problem for the casino.
