Oh, yeah! This illusion of control has ruined many lives. Including mine. Many years ago, I thought that everyone around me was a fool and that I was the only one who knew what I was doing. That I could go to a casino and win a lot of money. That I would soon become rich, but it was not to be. After some time, gambling showed me the other side of the coin. It took all the money out of my pocket and also forced me to accumulate a huge amount of debt. How wrong I was then.

And people still tend to make such mistakes. It is difficult to even imagine the consequences when this happens to a person who thinks exactly the same way as he did in his time.

The truth is that what happened to you is very unfortunate, However, I think you have a great knowledge of the things that should not be done and the mistakes that you Should never make again, and it is not easy, but the best thing is that you already have wisdom and as such you have shared it right now, this is very useful for novice players and for those who believe that they can win all the time in a casino.

Yeah, this is the purpose for every experiences, whether it be a bad or good experience, and whether it happened to us or to someone else, it's all for the purpose for our learning and teaching, and other people learning and teaching too, this is how knowledge is shared and passed even down to our unborn generation as they come.

I believe we all have something we regret, for some of us, the experience we regret so much may be something not related to gambling, while for others, it's gambling related, for me though, I've had bad experiences both in gambling and outside gambling, and this are experiences that made me lose alot of money and I regret anytime I remember, but on the other hand, I am grateful for the lessons those experiences thought me, it made me a better gambler, and I've been doing my best to ensure that those around and close to me do not make same mistake I made.
