Because they've consider the matter resolved. The sportsbook provider gave their ruling and they're obeying this call. There is not much more that they can do, so not much they can give as a respond either, unless you're ok with generic response?
I showed you my betting history. Do you think it's okay to block a player and confiscate winnings? It's not their fault?
Is this how it should be? Should they not react to my complaints in any way?
