Could we arrange a "classic" distribution of In-the-money places for next two rounds ?
For example, distribution in normal SWC tournaments:

players    places paid

15-19     3
20-23     4
24-34     5
35-47     6

The problem with just 3 prizes is early stage brainless gambling, especially in fourth tournament, where only first place really counts for promotion to the final.

What Improved says here is correct. Following an ITM structure should be the way to go for any of the next series we are going to have. With the structure that is now in place, 1st place in any given tournament is automatic grand final qualification. If I am not mathematically wrong here, there is no way to push anyone with a 1st place in any of the four tournaments out of the top 6.

We now have
500
500
300
300
200
200

This is as distributed as it can get. Any double top 3 is good for anyone who is in the top 6 after the first round. If now those with 200 each win one tournament each, we have
700
700
500
500

and we assume that the 300, 300 both become 2nd again.

700
700
600
600
500
500
.

Changing the structure now is a problem. Next time we should have a quick discussion about it and come up with a solution that allows for more players to compete until the end.

One thing that has not been considered yet is what we do in case of a draw?
500
500
500
500
----------
300
300
300
300
----------
200
200
200
200

There are ways to resolve this, but I suggest they play an additional 4 way table.
