Leverkusen will have a harder test than ever. I hope Erik Ten Hag does not make the mistakes he made at Manchester United.
For sure will it be very hard for Leverkusen next season with all that players that already left , specially Florian Wirtz can be not be replaced.
To be honest i am not really a fan of Erik Ten Hag and maybe its possible that we will see the same as it was in Manchester.
Fingers crossed that this will be not happen and also that they get a few new good players into the team.
I think the same way about Erik Ten Hag. I don't think he's very good and I think Bayer Leverkusen deserves better managers. After a few unsuccessful years at Manchester United, I didn't think he would manage a big team in Europe. I thought he would probably go back to Holland, but I can say that Bayer Leverkusen in Germany offered him a golden opportunity. If he can take advantage of this, he can come back to his senses, but if he fails here too, he will probably be a manager who will gradually disappear from the football market.
Although Xabi Alanso's departure is very painful, I believe Erik will give his best for Leverkusen, especially in the Bundesliga, most Dutch coaches are very good at adapting. Maybe Erik Ten will be the next successful Dutch coach in Germany and can make Leverkusen a dark horse in the Bundesliga, DFB Pokal, and Champions League.
Leverkusen's management choice is not entirely considered wrong, because before Erik Ten Hag came to Man United he was a potential coach, it's just that we all know that coaching Man United which is full of pressure is not easy, there he has extraordinary pressure but unlike Leverkusen he clearly doesn't have much pressure.
So I think Erik Ten Hag will succeed in Leverkusen, because it is very different when coaching Man United. Never mind the coach, Man United players when playing at Man United are bad when they move to another club their performance improves because playing at Man United is full of pressure as well as the coach. But I don't expect more from Erik Ten Hag with Leverkusen, he can compete closely with Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga next season, that's good for his first season.
Erik Ten Hag with Man United, even though his team was not so strong and under pressure, he managed to give two trophies to Man United. This can also be said to be a success. at least he had that mentality when he was in the final match.
