Students are not the only ones that are likely to become addicted but it can be self destructive to them more than others. My reason for saying this is because being a student isn't easy especially those in tertiary institutions, they need to be focused on their studies without any distractions but gambling can take them off track and even make some of them drop out of school. When this happens it becomes bad for their mental health
Regardless of their status, as long as they know and are involved in the world of gambling, there will always be a possibility for them to become addicted. But one thing that is worrying is when there are students who are involved in gambling and even become addicted, this can eliminate the good values that they have learned so far. and besides that this can also be a trigger for the child to do other naughty things or what we often call the domino effect of gambling addiction, and the effects caused are more dangerous than the gambling addiction itself.
And talking about mental health, yes they are very vulnerable to experiencing it, because in their thinking they are still immature and unstable.
