They also sold the tickets for round 11, but they never announced its winner and they never even gave any explanation as to why they didn't do the lottery for round 11.
They probably did it, but the winner was "unfavorable" to them, and they had to pay him. So they probably decided not to do it to save money.
Well, that's one of the possible explanations i came up with. What do you think?
