To qualify for the 0.07% rate, you'd need to buy their package of 500,000 transactions, which costs $35,000. They offer different packages based on transaction volume. But even if you don’t have that many transactions, they have other payment models. If I’m not mistaken, you can choose to pay $0.30 per transaction if you usually receive big payments, or 0.3% from every transaction if your clients make smaller payments. I think it’s pretty cool how they tailor it to different business needs. I'm surprised they didn’t explain it in more detail.
