As humans we can't isolate ourselves from being emotional sometimes, the difference is that our levels of controlling the emotions differs, some recovers faster than others. For us gamblers it's important to master control when we are on a losing streak, if we don't it can lead to aggressively chasing loses which is a one way ticket to addiction if the emotions continues to degenerate. One proven and effective way to avoid aggressive gambling is to always use amounts that you can afford to loose, you won't be too aggressive when you are losing because the amount is quite insignificant to you.
