Forbid my misunderstanding, i thought it just a 10x wagered/bets not for all the deposits, that's why i'm confused and asked why its too high for everyone, when you think about it, it's very true and knowing there is a minimum deposit, then x10 by it to be able to withdraw it later. Either way, it's just an outdated term as the support as per the user above that it's not actual x10 but at least x1.
