When does POS kick in ? I don't see anything about it in the specs (page 1 of this thread) except the staking interest rates etc.
When exactly does it "kick in" and do we need to have our wallets running to "stake" ?
just wondering was the 90M and minting right now... what will happen to the minted coin ?
