By growth, I believe you mean ranking up? Well, this is not automatic, so you need to work for it. I just checked your profile, to show that you are barely 2 months in the forum, asking for growth looks sudden, but I tell you, this is not automatic, you have to wait and work for it. You need quality posts and also try to help users/forum with answers and help solve problems. That might speedily attract the merit to you, even if it could be scarce at times, you will get yours.
