At the moment people give away the purchase history for next to nothing with loyalty cards and such.
Worse still, your so called Doctor knows more about your history than youself. The rightful way you may grand him/her access to your history for some time. Your data, your work, your comment... is your income, your money.
For something to be lawful it has to work both ways. If someone ask of proof of anything, ask for proof first, if satisfied may proceed to next level.
Can Banks & Governments 'Prove Their Wealth'?
Funny how people give away their data for almost nothing — loyalty cards, apps, whatever. But when we ask banks or systems for proof, it’s silence. And with AI growing fast, soon we won’t be able to live without it  Undecided. Whoever controls the data and AI, controls the game.  Lips sealed

Information creates history. History is fluid. Not only are we creating future history now, but the historical history—if you’d allow such a clunky term—is being reshaped, not just by the proverbial winners, but by all these new tools: social media’s monomaniacal madness, AI sycophancy that will, I fear, bland us into happy zombies, Starbucking in our own bubbles of smug self-indulgence.

Look at Twitter: one person says something, and another goes “@Grok is this true?”—and the machine’s answer becomes their, or the poster’s, new “truth.” We’re all going to go insane unless we fight back.

It is much worse than we think.
