I've asked them about it multiple times on their customer support but they always say using of VPN is prohibited. I once asked if it's ok to use vpn to bypass ISP restriction since my internet is blocking the website from accessing it and they still said I should not do it. They even thought that I was gambling from a restricted country that is why I'm asking them.
Seeing many users in this thread that they use vpn contradicts their customer support's statement. I guess it just depends on the user's consent if he is going to use vpn or not. As long as the user only use 1 country from the VPN and no illegal transactions happens on the account, it won't be flagged by the website as suspicious.
If their customer support staff said you should not use VPN, it's safer if you follow this advice. I don't see it is safe if you ignore this advice and do similarly like other users who used VPN. Possibly their accounts have yet gotten any problem from VPN use but it's not certainly that your account will have no issue. By knowing that this action is not accepted by Shuffle's ToS, it is not worth to take risk.
I don't want to use VPN and later my account and my fund get big problems as my most important thing is my money, not my account at Shuffle.com or any platform.
It's better to follow their support staff's rules than to go against the flow, otherwise it will cause problems in the future... maybe it hasn't happened yet, but what about when you win big? Will the casino identify that something is unusual when a user uses a VPN? This will be a complicated problem.
Yeah... money is important because no matter what the problem is, we will definitely defend the money that has been confiscated, right? Therefore, just avoid it.
The important thing is to follow the casino's rules.
