It has come to my notice that 90% of all the decisions made or taken when one is angry is never a good one.

When one is upset or angry,it is encouraged that the person stay calm and try to control that moment because any actions or decisions taken at that point in time must be a negative one.

So many people who regrets their actions today are as a result of taking decisions when they are angry there by over reacting..

So bad.
The truth is that, the world can never come to this kind of position where people will not take action when they are angry. Some of the war that we experience or told and the ones that might come in the future are as a result of disagreement on the negotiating table which might have provoked one side of the device. The world will have been a better place if people don't take decisions or make actions out of anger, it is a good one to make advice as to tell people that they should not take action when they are angry but is also good for the advice to be on person's not to make their fellow human beings angry so they will not take a reactction that might seem unlikely.
