If the cases really exist, then I'm sure sooner or later the team will solve them one by one. Rollbit is one of the well-known casinos on the forum and they have really built their reputation, so I don't think the team will ignore many cases and have no intention of solving them. I don't play as much as other gamblers at this casino, but in my experience Rollbit seems to be fine and I haven't had any problems with them.
However someone may be able to confirm the list of unresolved cases to date, that could be one piece of evidence that the allegations are true.
