You have made the mistake of marrying with joint assets. Simply by marrying in a way that keeps assets from before and after separate, you will save yourself a lot of trouble in the case of an unfortunate scenario. Bad people don't deserve to be rewarded for bad behavior, no matter what an unfair law says.

In my country, a lot of people depends on the type of marriage agreement too. If it's a community property regime, then assets acquired during marriage are usually split 50-50.
Honestly, if I were going through a divorce and had crypto I’d be transparent. Hiding assets just creates more problems legally and emotionally  but I do get why some people try to protect what they feel is theirs especially in messy divorces. Still honesty usually saves you more pain in the long run.
In the case of a cooperative marriage and a mutual split for normal reasons, for example no longer feeling intimate or in love sure. For cases where one partner is abusive, cheating and bad in other ways, why should they deserve to be rewarded for this behavior? This bad setup is one of the reasons why divorce rates are so high and people behave so badly. If you were complete sure you would get 0% if you cheated in any case, so with or without prenup, you would think twice before acting in evil ways.
