Is this called a fixed bonus for pre-monthly or the impact of your previous total wager?
I like to observe the bonuses that each casino gives just for comparison, if Shuffle offers this bonus every month then it is very interesting but unfortunately it's rare.
We all know pre/post monthly is always fixed bonus based on waggering you're made.
The question is, we just don't know the numbering we need to reached maximum amount. Same like on (Stake), I think you already familiar with these. Shuffle & Stake almost have similar system the different just rank name based on my opinion.

Speaking about your question, yes they offer these every month. Just check on history in their channel + monthly is always being shared on first weeks new month (date 1-7).
