Still no news from Betbolt about my account.
This means I am already left in the dark for OVER 2 WEEKS. No answer on livechat, we have Betbolt representative here who said he would ask for an update but then nothing comes from it.....this is so incredibly tiring.

If I need to do KYC, that is not a problem, all they need to do is say so and give me an URL to do it. But there is just NO COMMUNICATION at all!

And I have not even won much btw. My deposit was 30mbtc and my balance now is 47mbtc. Still sitting locked up in my account.
