Reputable or not. They should be able to justly refute any allegations that come up. It doesn't help if they just go silent. This is my main concern because other similar accusations have been resolved despite the customers getting accused of foul play initially.
For one thing, you are right that it falls to casinos to justify what they are accusing some gamblers off on their website and in some cases, they’ve been able to justify and resolve that while in some other case, you don’t find them being so compliant.
Something I try to get from that is; could it be possible that in the unresolved cases, they must have presented some evidence that the customer chooses to ignore or is looked at to not be enough or
Could this be the casinos just putting the gambler in the same stressed state they put the support through by, repeatedly creating more accounts just to commit the same violation.
Because, if other cases are being resolved, it’s hardly possible that similar cases could be have some peculiarity or specialty to it.
