If you are to ask me about real-world asset tokens. I’d say i have a strong belief in them even though they aren’t gaining enough traction like i thought they would. I got more interested in them last year as a lot of RWA tokens were launched.

Some traders see the RWA narrative as just buzz words with no little potential but this was how Bitcoin started over a decade ago with few people believing in it. I’ve done some research and i’m considering investing in a few; $ALGO (already established and stabilized) and $RWA( new with a solid backing). Found out it’s the native token of Allo, a protocol that offers assets tokenization with currently over $2.2 billion in tokenized RWAs secured. The protocol also enable users to stake RWA tokens to earn yields and participate in governance. By the way, which RWA tokens would you invest in for a long term ?
Most RWA projects are going to end up being scams. It is the same as any narrative before that and any new narrative that will come after it. One way to review a project is to see how it presents itself to the claimed problem. If they are selling RWA as a world revolution, it is clear that they are just out to get your money. There are some benefits from doing RWA, but they are not that great. There are some specific projects though that are trying to solve specific problems in the RWA world, but they are rare. Most are just about the hype and most people will lose money just as so happens with every narrative.

RWA is going to be a big catalyst for bringing cryptocurrency-level transfer and trade capability to the ownership rights of real world assets like property, stocks, and other assets, and will enable people to trade these assets with cryptocurrency and fiat/stablecoins globally and instantly. There's no doubt about that as it isn't a "this may be possible" argument, it already can be done and is already being done. Even the largest MNC in the world stated over a year ago that they would like to tokenize their $10t+ portfolio, and many real projects are starting to find a way to take a slice from that pie. Though, as always, there will be bad actors, good projects that execute incorrectly, and those chasing the narrative...that's all a part of innovation (though that doesn't make RWA a fad, it just means people investing in these projects need to be cautious, and do careful due diligence/research).

I'm included to agree with you. Take for example ONDO, you can see what their building clearly.. even alloy. XYZ that op mentioned, their building the world's first tokenized stock exchange and it's been accelerated by BNB. that's the utility that made me keep an eye on the token..will wait a little if I can see a better entry imo or just go in since it's a long term for me..

What's your take on their utilities though?.
