The reason, the ticket with 10 raffle ticket are on "31 May" and meanwhile the claim for 47$ are on 25th May. Which is 5 days before the weekly for 31 May, and the next claim are 0.9$ and 2$ claim.
So, even he put those not really connection at all. In fact, even the previous weekly he betting big or receive big reward he should still maybe receive some amount to be claim even is not waggering at all.
