I encountered a verification request during my next withdrawal. Including a request for the source of income. I made a deposit of $330 in several parts, and I need to confirm where I got these $330. It looks a bit like a joke.
Judging from the amount of your total deposit, being asked for the enhanced level of KYC is a bit strange indeed. Even if you made the $330 in a single deposit, I dont think it will trigger a casino to ask you to undergo enhanced KYC (source of wealth). I am wondering how much is your recent withdrawal, is it a big amount or just several hundreds dollar only?
I made one withdrawal for $90, and now I have about $600 in my account, $300 of which I requested for withdrawal.

This automatically means that I am adding this casino to my list of casinos to avoid because of kyc, or my casino kyc blacklist rather.
Lilke the other user have said, $330 in total deposit is too small for this casino to start requesting kyc in the first place, not to talk of them asking for a source of fund document for verification, this is so outrageous and annoying to me.
And $300 withdrawal request isnt also enough to trigger their enhanced kyc system, and this is not to even talk of what you have provided which they have already rejected, maybe you will have to contact their customer care and ask them some questions regarding why they are needing a source of fund verification, and also know exactly the type of document the want, you can also read their terms and conditions to be sure of what it says concerning this matter, if it truly states they can request such verification at any time that it pleases them, then you have no choice but to carry out the verification, best you can do is complete the verification, get your money out and take a walk and find a better casino.
