Pump.fun preparing $1 billion token sale at $4 billion valuation

The Pump.fun platform, known as the “meme token factory,”
plans to raise $1 billion through the sale of the PUMP token, based on the overall valuation of the project at $4 billion.

The launch could take place in the next two weeks and will likely be accompanied by an airdrop.
Since launch, users have issued almost 11 million tokens, and the project's revenue from fees has exceeded $622 million.
However, up to 80% of the trading volume is created by bots, fueling interest.

Despite the success, analysts believe that the platform's dominance on Solana may decrease due to competition.
