Signing ronaldo wouldn't have a huge advantage for the playing pattern. But I think the team will think in terms of business. If the team's target is to lift the team's performance I think it's not a good move. I think it is better to sign a player with potential at the same price than Ronaldo. His age and ball control are far away for European competition I don't think he can compete to play fast and high tempo.

I've read in research articles that Ronaldo's body is younger than his age. But I don't think that's true, we've seen how his speed, technique, and ball control have been much different. He's not as good as he was at his age in the study.
That's for sure because Ronaldo's presence can provide business benefits not to improve the team's overall performance. The club considers team development more according to player recruitment and what they need is a figure who can have a positive effect on the club's journey. So deciding to sign a younger player is much better than signing Ronaldo, unless their target is only to get business benefits.

Ronaldo's speed has indeed decreased compared to when he was at a good level and that usually happens because of age. Speed, technique and ball control are indeed very different now because the productive age of a player does have criteria and now Ronaldo is no longer in that condition.
