Claiming to be a non kyc casino and then asking for level 4 kyc right after the withdrawal . And when you state that in the forum , you're being called stupid for not reading the terms that they mught as for kyc, but nothing is said for the casino who actually lies about not asking for kyc. And then they erase "no kyc" from their banner like it would change anything for the members who signed up cos it was no kyc at rhe first place
By short its all a shitshow here. Just pass
Their representative already explained the matter. They do not ask for KYC from the regular players. They ask for KYC only if something is suspicious. Judging from your posts, you sound afraid. What is the reason behind that? Their terms haven't changed. You can check the first and 2nd pages of this announcement thread where forum members asked them about KYC and they answered those questions. So, tell us if you registered on the platform without reading the TOS. It is your mistake if you did so. You are spreading FUD in this thread and believe me, this is not going to help your case.
BTW, I am not in Xyes campaign

This is not me being against you or being against the other party, but me simply being nautral..
I don't know about this particularly casino but some casinos I've had some kind of kyc experience with use this same line in their terms of service which state that they are a no-kyc casino, but may likely request kyc verification from account they find anything suspicious with..
And from my experience and that of some of my friends, this type of line is often a formality from the casino, they are kyc enabled casino but pretend not to be so as to gamblers who are not happy with KYC over, in the end, the casino will still request kyc verification from every single gambler playing on the casino, most especially when the gambler get a good winning and is asking a withdrawal, at the time like this, they know the gambler is vulnerable and won't hesitate to comply with the kyc verification process or else, he or she won't get his or her money..
This is why I still won't take a casino like this serious, for me, a casino is either in on kyc or out, there is and should be no in-between, what is the meaning of "they will only ask kyc when they see something suspicious"?, such a casino can ask you for kyc at any time and claim they saw something suspicious even when they saw nothing.
You're right but also missing the point here.
The problem isnt that they asked for kyc. As i said before, first thing i do when i register to a casino is to pass kyc immediately. And i always choose kyc mandatory casinos, at least they are completely honest about their policies and not changing their minds or banners every other day like this one.
So the actual problem here is, they find some imaginary suspicious behaviours once you make a withdrawal of a few hundred bucks and basically confiscate your funds for 30 business days. Theres only 2 members in this forum who made such withdrawals and we both had the same problem. Im sure of myself so i again dare xyes to show what fraud i committed, knowing they cant show what doesnt exist..
So dont just mistake the issue here as a basic kyc thing. Almost alll crypto casinos lie about being no kyc and the ask for it anyway. Not exactly news
