This is why I still won't take a casino like this serious, for me, a casino is either in on kyc or out, there is and should be no in-between, what is the meaning of "they will only ask kyc when they see something suspicious"?, such a casino can ask you for kyc at any time and claim they saw something suspicious even when they saw nothing.
Btw, they already updated their ANN and removed that 'NO KYC' part after some of members, including myself, started calling out to their contradictory statement. In that sense, they acted in good faith, I suppose. So yeah, I believe the matter is settled now. XYES reserves the right to request KYC at any time, end of story. It seems like no one is allowed to make a mistake anymore people immediately judge and create a problem.
