one of the reason why most graduate couldn't start small is

1] no capital
2] pride
3] no good mentor
Apart from the 3 reasons above such as no capital, pride, and no good mentor. I would like to add some reasons why they can't start small. That is
  • Their expectations have been too high since they were still in academics, so they feel embarrassed if they start small
  • Reality hits their self-confidence, which makes them less confident to start small,
  • Lack of experience is an obstacle
  • He is afraid to start something he has never studied academically before.
And there are actually many more reasons. I know this because perhaps I have been in that experience.

moral of the lesson, dont hope or expect that what you learnt in school must pay. most rich people today didn't achieve success from what they studied in school but what they could offer after graduating. dont despise the days of your little beginning.
Well, sometimes the reality that we see in the real world of work is completely different from what we studied in academics. So it is better to be a person who is flexible, multi-talented and also adaptive to existing situations. So that we don't get too caught up in the skills we gained from academics first.
